Jan joined Apelby in 2019, having more than a 5-year experience in Sales Operations and Account Management in one of the largest international retail chain store company in the Czech Republic.

Starting as a Sales Operations Manager, he gained detailed knowledge of routing, commercial controlling and especially swap management. After 1 year of business support for Apelby worldwide sales network, he also became Account Manager responsible for handling accounts with active day-to-day business activities.

Newly as one of our Market Managers, he is mainly responsible for detail market monitoring, collecting information across the Sales team and creating new business opportunities in the region of Europe, CIS, Middle East and Africa.

Kala is a professional with over 21 years of experience in Telecom sector, based in India. During her career, she has gained experience in satellite telecommunication and has done sales with well-known companies such as Ericsson, Software Technology parks of India, Sri Lanka Telecom, Lanka Bell, Ceycom, Dhiraagu & has traveled many countries, including the CIS, Sri Lanka & Maldives. Alongside. She has also managed Prepaid Platform Interconnection, coordination and follow-ups with the Routing Team, Bilateral Team & Finance Team Leaders & Managers for various reports and activities.

As a market manager, she is mainly responsible forigh level administration & sales support, in particular with Americas & APAC involving efficient handling of Top & Confidential correspondence, management of document flow and directing various queries to relevant departments. She also manages a handful of wholesale accounts and co-ordination with internal/external departments for smooth business operations.

Sara Malik is based in Karachi, Pakistan. She has an educational background in Business Administration.

Starting off as a Business Development Executive in 2014 with a Telecom Company, she built and grew excellent relationships with clients mainly in Asia. Over a period of time, she mainly worked on the acquisition and management of accounts residing in national and international markets. Her key responsibilities included managing Operators, Tier-1 Carriers and the LDI accounts of International and Pakistan clients respectively. Along with that, she gained a detailed knowledge of routing and destination management to ensure quality and cost control. She also worked on closing short and long term swaps with partners globally.

She is focused on identifying potential growth areas in terms of business, adding new partners and generating opportunities that can add value to the company.
