Neill joined Apelby in 2018 as a sales professional experienced in a multi-cultural organization and telecommunications business in Africa to help Apelby expand its footprint in the region. Neill is based in Zambia and manages relations with the key customers mainly in Southern and East Africa. He is also responsible for business development activities and building relations with not only existing but new interconnections. He brought very important interconnections and thanks to him Apelby can grow further in Africa.

Neill has more than 15 years of experience in telecommunications with mainly data background. He worked on various business development and sales positions in Satellite Data Networks, Tiscali and MWEB Business in South Africa. In 2008 he joined Neotel/Liquid Telecom as Key Accounts Manager being responsible for important partners in Southern Africa. In 2011, Neill joined Telecom Italia Sparkle as a Sales Manager for South and East Africa, being responsible for sales of IP and Data products and mobile services including messaging, signalling and roaming services for the East and Southern African region.
