Gustav joined Apelby in 2009 as Business Development Manager and his main task was to expand Apelby’s customer portfolio not only in Europe but globally. He managed not only to bring new partners on board but make very important long-term relationships that formed the company we have now and made us a good reputation on the market. After few years he was promoted to Business Development Director, leading all the business development activities, bringing new sales force and sales agents on board, leading marketing activities but also actively managing important accounts. Gustav is now Head of Business Development & Carrier relations covering all the business development initiatives and mentoring our regional directors in building the right business cases and stable long-term cooperation.
Gustav gained his leadership, sales and business development skills in Arbes Enterprises where he was responsible for branch development in the area of EU grants. Before he worked as Executive team leader in Gateway plus and also have work experience in Erste Bank.
